Let me give you a little glimpse into who I am and how I became a professional photographer.
I've always loved being creative and have pretty much done things my own way since I was young. If we had to color a sunflower yellow in school, mine would end up red! At 16, I enrolled in beauty school to become a hairstylist because the course I actually wanted to take wasn’t available right away, so I had to find something else for two years. I thought I’d be wasting my time, but I quickly realized that I actually loved it! Since graduating at 19, I’ve been working and growing in the hair industry with so much joy. Later, I expanded my hairstyling skills by training in makeup so I could offer the full look.
Fun facts:
SNICKERS (or a handful of chips 😉) might just get me out of bed in the middle of the night 😋
SITTING SPOTS: I love sitting in odd spots like on the countertop, the dining table, or right in front of the couch
54 FRAMES—yep, that’s the number of photo frames you’ll find around my house, all different shapes and sizes!
MY CHILDHOOD BIKE, my dad’s old car, and my worn-out stuffed animal weren’t allowed to go until my dad took photos of each one 😂
Photography started as a hobby for me, like it does for so many. I honestly believe that’s where you start if you’re meant to become a photographer. Photos have always carried special meaning for me. After a basic course and lots of workshops—especially on horse photography—I realized that this could actually be my career. I had no idea! In 2021, I registered my business in hair and makeup, and that’s when I decided it was time to take myself seriously as a photographer too. That’s when I really started to grow.
I do have a social battery and push myself to give 200% in everything I do. I always want to grow personally and professionally and am very self-critical. I recharge by spending time with my sweet horse or in my own bubble. Cooking and baking in the evening, listening to music or taking a walk in nature.
Photos mean everything to me. They let us capture memories and cherish loved ones long after they’re gone.
"A photograph is a return ticket to a moment otherwise gone."
Alright, enough about me! I’m so excited to capture some amazing shots with you. My goal is to give you an unforgettable experience, resulting in stunning photos where every detail is just right. I want you to see yourself at your absolute best. Together, we’ll create the photos you’ve always dreamed of.. or maybe never even dared to dream about!
