Questions
During a photo shoot, I ensure a completely carefree experience from start to finish. I will take high-quality, fairytale like photos of you and your horse. I pay the utmost attention to post-processing for an epic result.
Each package has its own time indication. With the “ Magical photo package” this is an average of one hour at a location of your choosing. With the "fine art package" we shoot for about an hour. Before and after the photoshoot i need 30 minutes to set up and dismantle the mobile studio. You can find more information under the heading "services"
Having an extra pair of hands during the photo shoot is highly recommended. Before each shoot, you will receive an extensive Pre-Shoot folder. In this folder you will find everything you need to know, what you need to bring and how you can best prepare for your photo shoot. I am also available for all your questions via WhatsApp or a (video) call.
When i`m working abroad unfortunately, that's not an option.
It's recommended to book your photoshoot at least 4-5 months in advance, especially when i`m going abroad. Because i`m working abroad I have limited spots available for photoshoots. By booking early, you can secure your spot.
I always keep an eye on the weather forecast. The weather can be very unpredictable. Therefore, if the weather forecast is bad, we will check on the day of the photo shoot whether the photo shoot can take place. If the weather does not permit us to do the photo shoot, we will plan a new date that suits both parties.
You will receive a preview within 48 hours and your personal gallery within 48 hours after the photo shoot. Once I have received your selection of photos, it will take a maximum of six weeks before you receive the fully edited photos. I spend a lot of time on post-processing to ensure that every photo is perfect.
Yes, you can immediately add extra photos to your personal gallery. Extra photos cost €25,- each.
In case you have booked a “Fine Art” photo shoot, I will come to you with my mobile studio. To be able to accommodate the mobile studio properly, I will need a covered space of ± 4 meters wide, ±7 meters long, and ± 3.5 meters high. A covered riding arena, barn or a wide stable corrider for example. A deep barn with large doors can also be an option - in that case the studio is covered, and I will stand outside taking photos. I also require access to one power outlet. I will bring enough reels with me to be able to reach everything. Do not hesitate to contact me if you do not meet these requirements, I will gladly look at the possibilities with you. My mobile studio consists of a large black cloth including two stands and two large flashes which contain large attachments. My flashes work on electricity, so they contain cords, but I always make sure to cover these as safely as possible.
Absolutely, you decide how you organize your photoshoot. Whether you want multiple horses photographed, a change of clothes or specific poses, the time indication remains the same. How you use that time is entirely up to you
Travel and accommodation costs are included in the price when i`m traveling and working abroad. This only applies for organised travels for work. ( Countries excluded from this are the Netherlands and Belgium. )
