Privacy Disclaimer

In this statement you will find all the information in regards to the usage of personal data. When using personal data I will very careful in handling and safeguading its usage, security and privacy. We only use what is strictly necessary and will carefully follow the rules and regulations of the AVG, set by the European Union.

Personal data that will be used.
For the most part we will only use the personal data that you have provided for us. This to ensure that you know what information we have and how it will be used.

In order to provide you the agreed upon arrangement and products/services , it is necessary to receive personal data for the completetion of the order. Without these data we are unable to provide and deliver the products/services that you wish to receive from us. It is therefore important that we receive this data on time and that you have double checked the correctness of the data provided.
As it is necessary for us to work with that is provided.
The following information will be requested :
- Name + Surname
- Address
- E-mail
- Phone number

Important to note, no personal data will be used to gather further information or create a personal profile based on the information received. Nor will this data be used without your explicit knowledge and permission.

Usage of personal data
Personal data can only be processed when there is a justified goal to be obtained build on a solid and legal basis.

Your personal data will be processed for one or more of the following purposses:
with your permission to send out newsletters, when you withdraw your permission you will stop receiving newsletters. Your personal data will be completely removed from the newsletter database within 30 days. To send you a email to inform you about our agreement and any necessary information in regards to that, or if it is in our legimate interest. This data will be stored for as long as its needed for processing and work. After that it will be competely removed from our database within 90 days.

If you do wish to contact us, it is beneficial for both if we are able to properly reply to your message, in which case we need some personal data to do so. We have processed this information out of legitemate interests and will completely remove it from our database within 2 years since our last contact. In order to provide the full range of services, products and arrangements it is necessary that we receive some personal data. We wil process these data for the duration of our arrangement and will store it up to 5 years after. After completing the products / services booked by Meraki you will receive a invoice, which will contain personal data on it. By law it is required that we save this data for at least 7 years as part of the administration and tax.

Permission
When your data and content is used in any of the projects it will only be done with your explicit consent. At any given moment you reserve the right to withdraw your consent for the use of the content. To do this please email us at info.photographybymeraki@gmail.com and inform us about your decision. We will reserve the rights to use the content made, until informed otherwise through e-mail.

Legimate Interest
We have a legimate interest in processing your personal data. This means that we take into consideration your privacy and rights as well as our commercial interests. We will therefore only use what is strictly necessary for the promotion of our interest and work. All usage and purposes will be checked and adhere to the guidelines of the AVG privacy laws set by the EU.

3rd party receivers
In order for all of our platforms to work as intended it is needed for us to share certain information with 3rd party providers.
The following parties are included:
- Website hosting service, App`s, Educational platforms, Other platforms
- Payment and billing services
- E-mail and newsletter hosting service
- Post delivery companies

To safeguard your privacy we ensured that all 3rd party companies involved are located inside the EU/EER region or countries where privacy laws are strictly adhered to. All this to prevent any wrongful use of personal data.

Personal Rights
The fact that we may process your personal data in accordance with this privacy statement does not mean that you no longer have any say in your personal data. We would therefore like to briefly explain below which rights you have and how you can use them.

Withdrawing consent
If we have processed your personal data based on consent, you may withdraw this at any time by emailing us at info.photographybymeraki@gmail.com

Access, rectification, erasure or restriction
Do you want to know which personal data we process? Feel free to ask us about it. You can review it and correct your personal data if needed. If you believe that we no longer need the personal data, you can also request for it to be deleted or limit its processing. You can submit these requests by sending an e-mail to info.photographybymeraki@gmail.com

Objections
Do you object to the processing of your personal data? Send us an e-mail to info.photographybymeraki@gmail.com with your objections and arguments to substantiate this. We will then process your objection. You will of course receive a confirmation of this at the e-mail address with which you submitted the objection. If you have sent us the objection by post, it must contain sufficient information to allow us to contact you, to inform you of the outcome of your objection.

Data portability
Do you no longer wish to use our services and do you want to take all data with you to another service provider? Then we are obliged to provide you with the data in such a way that you can easily transfer the data to the new service provider. You can ask us to do this by sending an e-mail to info.photographybymeraki@gmail.com

Complaints
Do you have complaints? We find that very unfortunate to hear and that is of course is absolutely not our intention. We would love to resolve it together and prefer it if you would like to contact us about this first by e-mailing. You can use info.photographybymeraki@gmail.com to send your complaint. We will then try to resolve your complaint as best as possible and within a reasonable period of time.

If this is not to your satisfaction or you do not want to submit your complaint to us, then you always have the the right to submit your complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
